Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily cleaning operations, ensuring that our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff


• Train cleaners


• Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services


• Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory


• Manage Clients and resolve complaints promptly


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role


• knowledge of how to use cleaning equipment


• Communication and Leadership skills
