Role Description

• This is a full-time role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at The Startup Place Ltd.


• As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.


• This is an on-site role located in Lekki.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills


• BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and analysis skills


• Experience in cost planning and cost reporting


• Knowledge of construction and project management


• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field


• Relevant certifications such as RICS or AIQS are a plus
