Commodity sales experience with big /medium business customers to boost sales offline markets, online ecommerce/social media like Ins / FB / WhatsApp, etc.
Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
Develop customer engagement and relationship efficiently with good communication & ability to sell online and offline
Monitor related metrics and use data to make goods/service recommendations for improving sales and customer experience
Manage and coordinate the posting of products and services to meet customers' needs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of postings
Rich understanding about commodities, local markets are preferred.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operation,delivery teams etc, to ensure commodity sales and customer inquiries reception are aligned with company goals.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
Minimum of 3 years commodity sales experience with medium business , customers, e-commerce, social media, wholesale or retail environment with rich understanding about commodities and local markets.
Good PC office software,Excel and Communication skills
Change agent, demonstrated ability to drive process improvements with responsibility and efficiency.
Offline / INS / Facebook / WhatsApp, etc. shop sales experience is preferred.
