To ensure that all the mechanical systems and equipment in our facilities operates efficiently and optimally.
Carry out preventive maintenance program/checks at regular intervals and act preventively to avoid situations from arising that may compromise the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
Ensure that maintenance is performed according to a schedule, in conjunction with the maintenance planner to sustain or improve equipment overall efficiency.
Perform post-maintenance functional tests and checks to verify that the maintenance action was successful before handing it over to production team and sign off.
Responsible for documenting maintenance operations (e.g. keeping a log of maintenance activities, gathering data and preparing reports on repairs carried out, frequent breakdowns and routine checks) and report to a Supervisor/Technical Manager.
Qualifications
O’ Level WAEC / NECO / NABTEB / Trade Test.
OND Certificate in Science will be an added advantage.
Experience: 2 years cognate experience.

Pipefitting and Pipe skills
Welding and TIG Welding skills
Steam fitting experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Attention to detail and accuracy
Physical strength and stamina
Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
Have effective communication and collaboration skills.
Good knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Great organizational and time management abilities.
