Job Summary


We are a leading Float Glass company seeking a skilled and experienced Hydrogen Operator to join our team. As a Hydrogen Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydrogen gas systems and equipment in our manufacturing processes.


You will learn the production process of hydrogen and nitrogen and equipment maintenance process in 1 year, and take regular internal examinations of the company with excellent results. Receive a N200,000 bonus and the opportunity for salary promotion.



  1. A recent NYSC graduate?

  2. Got a 2:2 or higher in your Bachelor's degree?

  3. Under 25 and eager to make a mark?

  4. Completion of NYSC is mandatory

  5. Minimum of second class upper division/upper credit

  6. Minimum of 5 O'Level credits at one sitting, including English language and Mathematics


Job Description



  1. Operate and monitor hydrogen gas systems and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.

  2. Ensure the safe and efficient supply, storage, and distribution of hydrogen gas throughout the production process.

  3. Conduct regular inspections of hydrogen systems, identify potential issues, and perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

  4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications.

  5. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.

  6. Maintain accurate records of hydrogen gas usage, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or abnormalities.

  7. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to hydrogen operation and safety procedures.


Responsibilities



  1. Operate and monitor hydrogen gas systems to ensure proper supply and distribution.

  2. Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks on hydrogen equipment.

  3. Troubleshoot and repair hydrogen system malfunctions or abnormalities.

  4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality glass production.

  5. Adhere to safety guidelines and report any safety concerns or incidents.

  6. Maintain accurate records of hydrogen gas usage and equipment maintenance.


The remuneration for this position ranges from N100,000 to N150,000+ per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
