Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of floor Staff/Security


• Merchandising of stocks according to principles and ethics.


• Management of stock re-ordering and ensuringthat shop attendants submit their stock out list on weekly basis to the procurement department and confirm the quantity to be procured based on history.


• Staff discipline and scheduling under the supervision of a manager.


• Ensure customer satisfaction and customer service


• Management of staff gate.


• Ensure all procedures are strictly adhered to.


• Prepare roasters latest by Friday of every week.


• Supervision of Shop Floor


• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
