Job Description



Our client (a fashion house) seeks a driven, detailed and creative Operations Executive who is a go-getter. The ideal candidate will be both passionate and fluent in the fashion and retail world, with experience and existing relationships in this field. Illustration and sketching know-how is a big plus but not a requirement.


Working hours: Mon – Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm


Salary: N200,000


Responsibilities



  • Manage the day-to-day activity of the business without supervision

  • Data Analysis as well as ensuring the security of HR information

  • Provide daily operational support on all HR matters

  • Management of personnel records and all confidential HR-related information.

  • Coordinate and manage the new hire & offer contract and new hire day 1 pack with line management.

  • Preparation of correspondence including employment variation letters such as (HR letter, Leaves, and bank undertakings), confirmation of employment.

  • Responsible for the monthly attendance including paid and unpaid leaves

  • Managing of the employees separation process

  • To achieve KPIs for retention of employees and improved engagement.

  • Monitor operational expenses and device budgeting systems

  • Supervise and Drive team adherence to development and production timelines.

  • Supervise quality assurance (Quality control).

  • Oversee the maintenance of Store Facility.

  • Perform all other duties as directed by the CEO.

  • Prepare the payroll and support the client with the payment of staff salary


Requirements



  • University Graduate in any field.

  • At least 3 years practical experience in a Fashion Company in a similar role

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capability

  • The individual must be detailed, process driven, productive and proactive.

  • Must look presentable at all times.

  • Punctuality and presentation are key.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship skills.

  • Conversant with Excel, Microsoft Office.

  • Must reside within close proximity to Ikoyi or Obalende
