Position Overview:



  • We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee our health insurance operations and manage corporate and SME accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the health industry, experience in onboarding employees for health insurance, and significant knowledge of grants will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage health insurance operations, including enrolling company employees and managing corporate and SME accounts.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations in the health space to enhance our services.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new corporate and SME accounts, ensuring smooth enrollment for employees.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients regarding health insurance options and benefits.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health insurance and grants.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize health insurance processes and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Research and pursue grant opportunities to support healthcare initiatives.

  • Prepare grant proposals, applications, and reports in accordance with funder requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of grant activities, outcomes, and impact for reporting purposes.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the health insurance industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of health insurance policies, regulations, and enrollment processes.

  • Familiarity with grants and funding opportunities for healthcare initiatives.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
