Job Description
A well-established hospital with many years of operation is in need of an experienced Male secretary to work in a hospital as a Secretary to the Chief Medical Director.
DESCRIPTIONS
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, filling, preparing and collating reports
- Organizing and servicing meetings
- Managing data base and prioritizing work load
- Implementing new procedures and administrative system
- Liaising with relevant organization and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
Requirement
- Working experience as a secretary in a reputable company with minimum of 2 years’ experience
- First Degree or equivalent in Secretariat Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any related fields
- Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Applicants must reside in Lagos; residence around Amuwo Odofin, Mile2, Festac, Coker, Apapa, Satellite town, Orile, Surlere axis etc. will be an added advantage
