Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately after ensuring the compliance withthe company's policies and procedures

  • Follow up with the sales team for customer payments and aging reports

  • Contact the customers to confirm the balances and do a routine follow up with them

  • Maintain customer databasesand update the records for any new registrations or amendments

  • Preparing sales reports on daily and monthly basis and do the related analysis

  • Prepare any ad- hoc report


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • 5 years of experience in a similar field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly the excel

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong attentionto details.
