Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.


• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.


• Support senior accountants with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.


• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.


• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.


• Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field.


• Previous experience in accounting or finance is required.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is preferred.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.


• Must be a resident of Abuja due to the urgency to fill the position.
