Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Human Resources .


• The Head Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.


• HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills


• Experience in employee relations and job description development


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Minimum of 4 years experience.


• Expereince in the startup or consulting industry is a plus.
