Job Description

• Real time update On Scheduled Truck for loading.


• Real time update on trucks in transit every 2 hours and send update to fleet officer and client.


• Swift Escalation on Idle Truck in Transit


• Escalate Vehicle out of route.


• Send Loading and offloading details to client and update fleet supervisor.


• Update Daily TAT report from start to end of Journey and Generate Trip Report.


• Create Route Plan for New Business .


• Send daily status of Truck situation ( Inbound/Outbound/Offloading under inspection )


• Asign Truck 2Hours from Receiving Request from Client


• Conduct Real time Monitoring of Vehicle in Transit Every 3 Hours.


• Achieve 100% Turnaround time Per Route as Per Set criteria.


• Daily Reporting of Vehicle status to workshop


• Conduct Routine check and quality check of vehicles before Embarking to any trip Conduct Routine checks on Vehicles Tools before proceeding to any Trip.


• Book trucks to port and follow up on loading and return of Empty.


• Daily report of Jobs completed and Jobs pending


• Update client with status of the Job


• Monitor driver licence document renewal for the trucks and Hiab’s.
