Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Sales Representative at mPharma, located in Port Harcourt. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating new leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support and assistance to clients.


Qualifications



  • Experience in sales or business development

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and pharmaceuticals is a plus

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Sales and Marketing or any relevant field.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Relevant sales and marketing experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to network with new people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
