As an Office Administrator at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks to support the restaurant's overall success. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask are key for this role.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacations, and sick leave.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and place orders for restaurant supplies and ingredients.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and bill payments.
Organize and maintain filing systems for documents such as invoices, receipts, and employee records.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating staff training sessions.
Respond to inquiries from staff, customers, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is a must.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting software.
