Responsibilities



  1. Conducting market research to understand customer trends and needs and develop effective overall marketing plans.

  2. Examining market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies for maximum performance outcomes.

  3. Utilizing various media and digital platforms according to customer demographics and preferences to reach a broader audience base.

  4. Crafting promotional materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and other marketing tools, to increase brand familiarity and recognition among target audiences.

  5. Establishing connections with prospective clients and partners to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.

  6. Setting objectives for marketing projects and monitoring performance metrics against those benchmarks as part of the decision-making process within the marketing department.

  7. Tracking changes in digital technology, consumer behaviours, platforms, etc., to adjust existing strategies or create new ones as necessary.

  8. Overseeing budgets for marketing efforts to guarantee cost-effectiveness over time while maximizing results across channels.

  9. Analysing key data points such as engagement numbers and website analytics to measure successes or areas of improvement for future marketing initiatives.

  10. Composing comprehensive reports on campaign results with recommendations on how best to move forward with new strategies informed by data analysis.


Requirements and skills



  1. BSc/BA & MSc/MA in marketing, business or relevant field.

  2. Proven experience as marketing consultant or similar role.

  3. Knowledge of data analysis and market research.

  4. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

  5. Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge and marketing software .

  6. Ability to think strategically and analytically.

  7. Apt in writing proposals and reports.

  8. Communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

  9. Outstanding organizational abilities.

  10. Aptitude in problem-solving.
