Job Description
Only applicants residing within Chevron, VI, Lekki, Ajah, Ikate, Elegushi, Abraham Adesanya, and its environs will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of PO’s and other invoices
- Assist in posting invoices and other expenses to Quickbooks, billing system, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Assist in the preparation of the Financial Report
- Assist in preparation of PAYE/PENSION and other remittances monthly
- Assist in reconciling the general operating account and payroll bank statements and enter the cash journals into General Ledger.
- Assist in preparing various financial documents for compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the final preparation of Payroll
- Assist in maintaining best fixed asset system, which includes preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger to fixed assets system, and preparation of depreciation schedules for budgeting purposes.
