Job Objective:


The ideal candidate will support the Store Supervisor and Store Team in the execution of their daily task in the store.


Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:



  • Checking movement of stocks and humans in the store, including shoplifters.

  • Constant observation on the stock kept on the shelves and changing rooms.

  • Handling incidents and discrepancies.

  • Actively involved in the stock take process.

  • Cross-checking customers’ receipts at the exit.

  • Handling issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.

  • Assist in preparing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

  • Manage queue.

  • Helps in reduction in the loss percentage/pilferage.

  • Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.


Requirements


Key Requirements:



  • OND/HND degree in any field from a recognized University.

  • Minimum of one year retail experience as a loss prevention/customer care (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Superior observational skills.

  • Working knowledge of surveillance camera controls.

  • Knowledgeable on safety processes and procedures.

  • Ability to recognize unsafe working environments.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
