Coach and supervise information technology officer to deliver quality IT Service
Administer server and network infrastructure, cybersecurity.
Manage the service desk and provide technical support to local and upcountry office staff.
Design, develop and maintain corporate websites and social media channels.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
Reports to management on information technology activities and performance, present at monthly staff and management meetings.
Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Defines and reviews IT reports and forwards to the CEO.
Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role and as a team lead.
Professional certification in Information Technology is essential.
