This is a full-time IT Support Lead role at TravelTank, located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. As an IT Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and other information technology systems.
You will also be responsible for help desk support and ensuring smooth operations of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
Interested candidate should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
Help Desk Support experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in IT support.
Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team.
Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or a related field
