Responsibilities

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Officer at TravelTank. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.


• You will troubleshoot problems, diagnose and resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. This role is based in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience.


• Proven work experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role


• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems


• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills


• Customer-oriented approach


• Ability to work well in a team


• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks


• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
