Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role as an IT Support Lead at Bon Voyage Travel Nigeria.


• As the IT Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining information technology systems.


• This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree


• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills


• Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems


• Help Desk Support experience


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• At least 5 years of experience in IT support.


• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team.


• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or a related field
