Responsibilities



  • Manage the allocation of stock across stores, maintain replenishment levels

  • Ensure stores are adequately stocked

  • set up and follow through controls to prevent stock loss, ensure efficiency for Logistics and Procurement Operations within the framework and general finance review as assigned.

  • Directly Reports to: Head of Internal Control and MD.

Key Performance Indicators:



  • Weekly report on stock level submitted to HIC/MD every Sunday morning

  • Monthly report submitted every 1st day of a new month

  • Balanced stocks on a monthly basis

  • Timely reshuffling/orders on hold / new stock

  • Timely receipt of new stock

  • Timely delivery of new/reshuffled stock to outlets

  • Efficient physical/electronic transfer of stock between outlets

  • Clean and orderly warehouse

  • Recommendations on trends, customer preferences etc. based on sales figures


Exceptions raised on:



  • Store security

  • Stock level

  • Order, Movements and Stock tracking and reports prepared

  • Excellent Customer service delivery o Stock coordination and logistics with third party's logistics
