Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment’s within the organization.
- Organize and file all relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
- Update and manage inventory records and documentation.
- Perform regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with documentation.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate before PPM materials leave the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to documentation in the warehouse.
- Stay informed about changes in documentation requirements and implement necessary updates.
- Communicate with internal teams, documentation requirements and discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for documentation accuracy.
- Address and correct any discrepancies or errors in documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for all warehouse-related documentation.
- Retrieve and provide documentation as needed for audits or inquiries.
- Train warehouse staff on proper documentation procedures and requirements.
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of the importance of accurate documentation.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant software to manage and track documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
