Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of the company’s products, services and promotions. 


• Maintain documentation of customer’s inquiries and responses for future reference.


• Answer any questions customer may have about available products and services in a timely manners.


• Listen to customer’s concerns and complaints with the goal of resolving them.


• Select appropriate responses to customers’ queries and work quickly to resolve them in a timely manner.


• Anticipate customers’ needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services.
