Job Description

• We are in urgent search for the services of a highly experienced Auto workshop manager


• The responsibility of an automotive workshop manager is to oversee all business and administrative aspects of a service center.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and evaluating mechanics and support staff


• Ensuring staff undergoes continuing education1


• Overseeing operations in an auto service unit to ensure compliance with quality standards2


• Contacting clients and convincing them to bring vehicles to their unit for repairs.


• Overseeing the inspection of automobiles to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs.


• The workshop manager is also skilled at analyzing failures and weakness to develop more effective production techniques.


• Ensuring compliance with industry standards is a priority for the development of safety and training programs3.They specialize in analyzing internal issues to increase productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, NCE, Master, or Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.


• Require person with good communication, organizing, and leadership skills.


• They need to be able to organize the workshop and make sure that everyone is following the instructions.


• They also need to be able to keep the participants engaged and organized.
