Responsibilities

• Source, select and coordinate potential vendors/suppliers.


• Develop third party contract terms and ensure compliance to terms of agreement.


• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.


• Review quality of purchased products.


• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.


• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.


• Coordination of vehicle controls, supervision of drivers, management of deliveries and staff trip requests.


• Oversee and supervise the entire loading to ensure accuracy.


• Source and coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper deliveries where necessary.


• Coordinate and track movement of goods' condition and meet the required regulatory standards for use.


• Familiarity with routes, major markets, and purchasing points in Lagos State.

Requirements and Skills

• 3-5 years experience in supply chain, procurement and logistics roles.


• HND/BSc in Supply Chain, Procurement, or any Social Sciences related discipline.


• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).


• Coordination, delegation, and people management skills.


• Trustworthiness and strong work ethic.


• Understanding of supply chain procedures.


• Solid analytical skills, negotiation skills, planning skills and ability to conduct cost analyses.


• BSc/HND in Business Administration or relevant field.


• Certificate in supply chain and procurement is an advantage.
