Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process of sachet and bottle water, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.


• Manage and lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.


• Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production demands.


• Collaborate with suppliers and maintain effective relationships to ensure a consistent supply chain.

Requirements

• A minimum of B.A / B.Sc / HND qualification.


• Youngish, dynamic, numeric, and articulate with at least 5 - 10 years experience.


• Proven experience as a Factory Manager for 5 - 10 years bottle water industry.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
