The Human Resources (HR) Officer will be responsible for managing every aspect of the human resource management; procurement, development compensation, integration and maintenance.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
3+ years of experience in various HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and benefits administration and staff retention
Membership of any of the Human resources professional bodies, CIPM, SHRM, CIPD.

Maintenance of Employee records: Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, updating internal databases with new hire information
Maintain HR systems and processes
Manage performance appraisal system.
