Job Details

• Responsible for inward and outward stock of all material FG & RM both.


• Make all necessary documentation for the inward RM or FG in case of


• Trading Material and update stock.


• Raise the waybill for all outward material and update stock.


• Inventory management including storage and arrangement of stock properly


• Coordinate with all Accounts for all documentation regarding inward and outward materials


• Responsible for delivery of goods to the customer place and getting the acknowledgment copy with daily update share to Head of Customer Service and Accounts


• Stock reconciliation every month end and tally with financial stock system.


• Coordinate with Head of Purchase for all reorder qty for RM and Trading qty


• To do the analysis of cost of delivery on a monthly basis vs the invoice amount.


• Preference will be given to the person already worked on Navision software
