Responsibilities:



  • Craft content strategies relevant to each platform Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin as the lead platforms

  • Translating the strategy into a detailed content and creative deployment plan

  • Seeding in the thinking on how to leverage “influencers”

  • Working with creative designers and taking full ownership of deployment from the social handles

  • Setting up a system for responses to learners on social platforms for engaging conversations

  • -Maintains a good relationship with the company and the community

  • Establish systems to monitor performance to constantly enhance community engagement


Requirements:



  • 2-5 years of experience in independently seeding and/or scaling online communities, preferably on multiple social media platforms

  • Ability to craft content thinking from scratch in line with brand identity

  • Ability to work with designers to churn content at scale

  • Enthusiasm about being able to connect with a large community of potential prospects

  • Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate

  • Full-time graduate or post-graduate degree
