Job Overview:

• This role involves providing support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and performing data analysis tasks.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP support and data analysis, with a focus on optimizing system performance and providing valuable insights through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring system integrity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and customizations to meet business requirements.


• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making and process improvements.


• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and findings to stakeholders.


• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.


• Assist in the design and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity.


• Participate in system testing, user training, and documentation efforts to support system enhancements and upgrades.


• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in ERP systems, data analysis, and technology to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience in providing support for ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing, supply chain or production environment.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting and data visualization tools


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
