Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to defined specifications and checklists.


• Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.


• Operate quality control equipment to perform tests (e.g., weight, dimension, functionality).


• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.


• Participate in root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues.


• Report non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions as needed.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes.


• May be involved in supplier audits to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or relevant experience in a quality control role.


• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP).


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects.


• Experience with quality control equipment and data analysis is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production teams and other departments.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
