Position Overview



  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the plastic bottle industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the plastic packaging market.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share in the plastic bottle industry.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and R&D to develop innovative product solutions and address customer needs.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and develop actionable insights.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management on a regular basis.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and build brand awareness.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the plastic packaging industry or related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Deep understanding of the plastic bottle industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
