Coordinate sales team (Branches across Pan Nigeria) by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information on regular intervals
Prepare and maintain sales and performance data in .xlsx and ppt format and present reports
Handle the processing of all Sales orders with accuracy and timeliness on the company’s software.
Inform clients/ team of unforeseen delays or challenges.
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements on regular basis
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure self and team for adherence to company policies
Requirements
A minimum of B.SC/HND from a reputable university.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
A team player with high level of dedication
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
