Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


• Complete business administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.


• Oversee business operations.


• Manage Inventory.


• Website management (sales orders, pricing and items)


• Manage order dispatching.


• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.


• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints,grievances etc).


• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance


• Be a middle-man between staff and the Managing Director

Requirements

• 1-3 years proven work experience in the Beauty industry


• Powerful leading skills and business orientation


• Customer management skills

• Strong organizational skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
