  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated, creative and confident NYSCContent Creator, Admin Assitant& Researcher to join our growing team.

  • The ideal candidate would typically be involved from the inception of a project, listening to our client needs, before developing written concepts and proposals and working through to delivery alongside our team.


Your Mission



  • Pro-actively research and create high quality social media posts for a range of different sector, with supporting imagery / video content for our client’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Producing, scheduling, and posting content on our agency social media channels.

  • Create engaging blogs post for both our website and our client’s websites.

  • Write and publish various types of pieces for our clients web pages, Guest articles, ebooks and social media posts.

  • Produce ‘Stories’ on Instagram and Facebook on a daily basis, based on approved content with our clients.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of posts using analytic tools.

  • Driving customer engagement from interactions across our social media pages.

  • Actively look to grow our clients following on social media channels.

  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and be responsible for the production of innovative and appealing content for all social channels.

  • Deliver and oversee a range of assets including stills, moving, stories, GIF’s and animations.

  • Creating and art working assets in line with channel/platform strategy.

  • To attend all events, shoots and visits to capture creative content.

  • Staying up to date on digital and social media developments, trends, tools and technologies.

  • Work collaboratively across a number of different departments and support with any ad hoc project requests.


Your Talent



  • Experience in a similar, hands on role, where you have had to balance a range of briefs and manage time accordingly.

  • Clear communication with a self-starter attitude/approach.

  • Social native, up to date with current trends.

  • A demonstrable ability to develop and maintain strong visual brand identities through digital content, video and photography.

  • Proven experience in delivering high quality content in the form of social media posts/blogs and general copywriting.

  • A confident communicator in both verbal and written language

  • Excellent research, social listening and planning skills

  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for a range of different sectors

  • A passion for social media and high knowledge of analytic tools

  • Punctual, honest with the ambition to become part of our growing journey

  • An approachable personality and good sense of humour

  • Experience in formatting blogs from an SEO perspective (preferable, however not essential)

  • Experience within the Adobe Creative Suite (preferable, however not essential)

  • Attention to detail and impeccable grammar.


Requirements



  • The chosen applicant will be fully accountable for leading the digital presence of the company. All digital content created will be approved by company Directors prior to going live.

  • Ideally, you will have experience in digital marketing or SEO role. This is a position that requires a high level of self-reliability, creative flair and personal presence.

  • As a result, we are looking for a candidate that is interested in joining a company where their technical input and physical efforts will not only be valued but will have a measurable impact on the company’s future development.
