Job Description



  1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

  2.  Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution

  3. Build and maintain relationships with assigned key Customers’ decision makers at all levels

  4. Ensure all sales Customers assigned are converted to aftersales Customers

  5.  Achieve budgeted revenue for aftersales.

  6. Ensure that proper services are delivered to all Customers in a timely manner at all times

  7. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts and make suitable recommendations using key metrics

  8. Ensure daily updating of all activities on CRM 


Person Specification



  1. B.Sc / HND in any related field

  2. Proven experience (2-4 years) in customer services preferably in the Automobile industry.

  3. Excelent interpersonal and communications skills

  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
