Position Overview:



  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.

  • The COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental hospital, ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and leadership.


Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership:



  • Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the dental hospital, including patient services, clinical operations, and support functions.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication across different departments.


Strategic Planning:



  • Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.

  • Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and cost optimization.


Quality Assurance:



  • Establisg and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality of patient care, operational efficiency, and overall hospital performance.

  • Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery.


Financial Management:



  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage the hospital budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation.

  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising the quality of patient care.


Team Development:



  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.


Regulatory Compliance:



  • Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and licensing requirements.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or dental healthcare environment.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, strategic planning, and financial management.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
