Responsibilities



  • Identify and analyze customer needs to understand their technical requirements.

  • Develop technical solutions tailored to meet customer needs and address specific challenges.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the features and capabilities of our solutions.

  • Answer technical questions from customers and provide detailed explanations to address concerns.

  • Coordinate with sales and customer teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on customer requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to ELV solutions, data center infrastructure, passive network products, surveillance solutions, and UPS systems.

  • Contribute insights and feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or engineering role.

  • Proven experience with ELV solutions, data center infrastructure, passive network products, surveillance solutions, and UPS systems.

  • Professional certifications related to ELV solutions, data center infrastructure, networking, or surveillance systems is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers and present technical solutions confidently.
