• Accountable Delivery: They ensure the cargo arrives at its destination on time, undamaged, and complete. This requires meticulous record-keeping, verifying cargo against shipping documents, and utilizing safe loading/unloading practices.


• Compliance Adherence: Following Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, maintaining proper licensing and endorsements, and adhering to company policies are all crucial aspects of professional conduct.


• Customer Focus (when applicable): For drivers interacting with customers, professionalism and courtesy are key. This might involve clear communication regarding deliveries or assisting with loading/unloading tasks.
