A Female SPA Manager is currently needed for employment. She will be responsible for the oversea of the day-to-day operations, implement policies, evaluate the performance, and ensure good maintenance of the facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize spa efficiency.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and maintain high standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of spa treatments and therapists.
Introduce new treatments and services based on industry trends and customer demand.
Drive spa membership programs and loyalty initiatives.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing rooms.
Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant certification in spa management or hospitality (preferred).
Proven 5 to 12 years experience as a Spa Manager
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness practices.
Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
