This is a full-time on-site role for a Ghanaian Trainer at Newedge Finance located in Lagos.
As a Ghanaian Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for employees, providing guidance and support, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
You will also collaborate with the HR department to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Fluency in Ghanaian languages
Strong knowledge and understanding of training techniques and methodologies
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
Experience in delivering training sessions to a diverse group of employees
Ability to assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant certification in training and development is a plus
