Job Summary



  • As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with Customers, generating new business for greater profit, identifying opportunities for business growth and resolving customer complaints.


Key Responsibilities



  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.

  • Build and improve relationships with key suppliers and partners.

  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Identifying and understanding clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions to address them.

  • Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.

  • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.

  • Attending to and resolving client’s complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.

  • Oversee customer relationship management system.

  • Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.

  • Meeting sales/revenue targets.

  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer supply and customer service processes

  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts

  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships

  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors.


Requirements



  • University Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field

  • Master’s Degree from a recognized university will be an advantage

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
