We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance.

  • Facilitate performance management and career development initiatives.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Provide guidance on HR matters, stay updated on trends, and foster a positive work environment.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR roles.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.

  • Certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus.

  • Candidate should be no more than 35 years old.

  • Proven work history in international companies.
