Job summary

A trading officer is responsible for managing digital exchange services between the company and her clients. He or she performs other functions in relation to customer services and book keeping .

 Core Responsibilities

• Perform exchange transactions with clients and ensure customers derive optimal satisfaction from trading experience. 


• ⁠Ensure adequate documentation of work data through book keeping. 


• ⁠Manage customers services and other enquiries. 


• promote company’s brand through marketing efforts . 


• ⁠perform other functions as may be necessary in the line of work.  

 Key Requirements

• Must possess educational qualifications ranging from ND/HND/BSC.


• Good knowledge of microsoft office tools and internet applications 


• Detailed and target oriented with goal mindset 


• Excellent team spirit and communications skill 


• Good human relations and interpersonal skills 


• Ability to work under pressure 


• Exceptionally smart and proactive

 Salary : N80,000
