Successful candidate will Manage the processing of all Company Asset movements, receiving Assets, run quarterly Asset enquiry reports, launch necessary investigation, to take appropriate action, ensure continuity of supply and ability to report & record accurate information.


Duties



  • Monitor asset performance and recommend corrective measures.

  • Responsible for the management of all company assets Inventory.

  • Manage quarterly General assets inventory count Nationwide.

  • Reports for all assets and carrying out a review and analysis of quarterly level report to make sure Assets inventory, Financial Dimensionand allocation is accurate and match Company database.

  • Ensure efficient labeling and recording of all company fixed assets before distributing to end user by recording details on software and build a file for each single department for proper tracking and controlling.

  • Make sure that the fixed assets department complies with the rules and regulations in line with company policy.

  • Assist the Finance department by providing the necessary information and documents for audit purposes.

  • Conduct depreciation calculation to get actual value of assets.

  • Managing and training Asset staff to ensure strong performance and growth.


Qualifications



  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

  • Min 8-10 years of proven working experience in asset and inventory management in large organizations.

  • Hands on experience with Assets and warehouse management software and databases.

  • Strong supply management knowledge.

  • Knowledge of the legal requirements in asset management.


Competencies



  • Strong Leadership and team management skills.

  • Good knowledge of Asset and inventory control management.

  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations.
