Job Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment team. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening and placing some of the best African tech talent across a wide variety of tech roles for Clients.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles, with a strong focus on AWS-certified professionals.

  • Collaborate with the management team, clients and other stakeholders to understand their specific talent needs and requirements.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of AWS-certified professionals and other tech talent.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to improve recruitment strategies.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of TUA's recruitment processes and tools.

  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings as required.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of extensive recruitment experience.

  • A Masters degree in related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully hiring AWS-certified professionals.

  • A deep understanding of the tech industry, including emerging trends and technologies.

  • A solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and offer.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
