Responsibilities

• The HMO Manager runs the day-to-day implementation and improvement of the HMO Marketing strategies of the company.


• The HMO Manager monitors all the HMO activities including daily bills, patient satisfaction, and HMO reports for the Group.


• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; and discovering and exploring opportunities.


• Closes business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.


• Builds the HMO business portfolio of the organization in terms of daily increase in the company’s profitability.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree in relevant fields with 6 - 12 years work experience.
