Ensure procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, update supplier information, negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms and conditions. continuously access Vendor performance and take corrective measures when necessary.
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
Approve the ordering of necessary goods, finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers.
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Reconcile all orders from purchase to delivery information
Coordinate your team to procure and deliver all orders on time.
Prepare reports on purchase and delivery for the week
Preparing documentation and reports on process and procedures
Requirements
1-3 years proven experience in procurement ,with a track record of progressive responsibility and leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, supply chain management, or related field.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
In Depth knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards and market trends.
Experience in supplier relationship management and vendor performance evaluation.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
